Question:
The template point that I would like to select as the Superelevation Point in the Associate Superelevation dialog is not available in the pulldown list.
Answer:
In order for a point to be included in the Superelevation Point list it must be flagged for superelevation in Point Properties. Point Properties is accessible from the Create Template command.
