Problem:
The following error message is returned when attempting to install InRoads/GEOPAK/MX SS3/SS4 refresh: "A supported version of Microstation must be installed before continuing this installation. Please read the InRoads SELECTseries 3/InRoads SELECTseries 4 requirements for this version."
Solution:
The SS3 refresh (08.11.09.674) requires a new version of MicroStation - 08.11.09.578.
Likewise the SS4 product (08.11.09.788) also requires a new version of MicroStation - 08.11.09.654.
These MicroStation versions can be downloaded from our Software Fulfillment website. You will find them listed as a prerequisite for the civil products.
