Problem:
The right-click menu in the Bentley Civil Report Browser is missing the "Export to Excel" Option.
or
The "Export to Excel" Option is present, but does not launch Excel when selected.
Solution:
The "Export to Excel" option is a function of Internet Explorer delivered by Microsoft. Please refer to the following article on Microsoft's Support Page for information on troubleshooting this problem:
